My family has been at StayAPT for two weeks now while waiting for our new home. After having a couple bad experiences with other hotels I am so glad we found this place. From the moment I called to ask about pricing and an extended stay, to checking in, to every other encounter we've had with everyone here has all been great. I must say that both Heather and Mariah have been so nice and helpful every time I've spoken to them. Both of them have gone above to make sure our stay has been welcoming. Heather has definitely gone above to make sure our stay is great and we have everything we need. The whole place is clean, beautiful and bug free. The courtyard is beautiful and my daughter loves to play there. It's convenient they have a laundry room plus a workout room with a few different machines and a variety of weights to use. Out of all the places we have stayed in the past month while we wait for our new home this has been the best. The staff makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel like you're home. Other places make you feel like your just another count to their numbers, here they make you feel like you're welcomed and happy to have you stay here. Thank you again to Heather and Mariah for all your help. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Stay Apt has been super helpful and understanding! They hospitality and family friendly! Have made my family feel like family! Ms Heather has been Super supportive and helpful! She is extremely nice and very open hearted when it comes to helping guests feel welcome! my family greatly appreciated all the love support and even the small cooks outs! Will definitely use them again! Clean room, well designed for efficiency with a fully functioning kitchen and decent living room. I’d say the bed is only moderately comfortable compared to some other hotel beds, but the space, efficiency, and price point are spot on. Also the manager at this location was a pleasant dude and the whole experience was pretty great!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. They worked with my crazy schedule from beginning to end. Everything is very clean. Full size oven and dish washer. BYO spices, pans, dish soap, paper towels. Beds very comfy with blackout curtains. They also took care of my dogs when they decided to start a war cry from their crate. ABOVE AND BEYOND! TY Tiffany!! The General Manager was wonderful and obviously loves his job.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel — but I’ll try! The staff is exceptional, every single one of them. The reception team is outstanding; Grant and Heather go above and beyond to make the place feel like home. Melissa and Sandra keep everything spotless, and even the newer team members, Tiffany and Iris, are incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful. Even when dealing with difficult guests, they remain professional and polite. If any issue comes up, it’s handled quickly and with care. The entire facility is immaculate. The parking area is clean, the lobby is welcoming with coffee or tea available, and the seasonal holiday decorations add a charming touch. Every common area is well maintained. I also feel very safe here — you need a key to enter the hotel past the lobby, which gives an added sense of security and peace of mind. The rooms themselves are spacious and thoughtfully laid out — more like a one-bedroom studio apartment than a typical hotel room. I love that the bedroom is separate, so you can relax, cook, and enjoy time with family without having to sit on a bed. Now the features — wow! You get a full kitchen, truly full: a four-burner stove, an oven big enough for a turkey or ham, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a bar area perfect for eating or playing games. There are two large flat-screen TVs and three generous living spaces — the living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The furniture is comfortable, and there’s even a nice-sized workspace with a desk. The hotel also offers a laundry room, fitness room, and a lovely courtyard with seating, a grill, and a fire pit for guests to enjoy. They even have quiet hours in the courtyard so no one gets disturbed, which I really appreciate. If you're traveling with a fur baby, there’s plenty of outdoor space for them to stretch their paws. Another big plus is the location — it’s conveniently close to shops, places to eat, and just a short drive from downtown or the World Equestrian Center. Overall, this is truly the nicest extended-stay option in the area — clean, comfortable, welcoming, safe, convenient, and absolutely worth every penny. I recommend this place to everyone.

I've stayed at this hotel twice when visiting from out-of-town. I really enjoyed my time there and the hotel staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Melissa, Heather and the gentleman at the front desk (I don't recall his name) are really awesome and it has been a pleasure to interact with them. The room is very spacious and contains what is needed for an extended stay (fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, etc.). I look forward to staying there again during my next visit to Florida.

Fantastic experience here. Rooms are great and all of the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I especially appreciated whomever the front desk clerk woman was on 1/8 at around 10:45am who saved my ass with helping me get some information ready for my family (I'm kicking myself that I don't remember her name). 100% would stay here again

This is a very nice new place. I like the kitchenette and spacious room. It's clean and pet friendly. The only draw back is the typical hotel mattress and pillows. Nice courtyard with room for the kid's to play. Also, Truck parking is close!
